Founding

 

The service available to the cremation industry, prior to the formation of BWI in February 2015, was severely lacking in both technical expertise and quality customer service offerings.  While everyone purports to have “the best technicians or the best customer service”, few deliver both and no one delivered consistently.  So, with over 52 years of collective experience, Larry Hill and Kevin Willett set out with a shared vision to change that perception by creating a company that sets the bar that others can only hope to achieve.  With that vision, BURNZ-WELL was born and is raising the bar in the cremation industry.

 

Larry Hill - a corporate leader and visionary with over 31 years of experience in the engineering, environmental, incineration, media and advertising fields. He has accumulated a record of successful business performance in company start-ups, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, operations, and field services. He has led large “superfund” projects for major environmental engineering and management companies and was responsible for securing high profile government projects such as the National Bio-Agro Defense Facility run by the Department of Homeland Security and the Naval Surface Warfare pilot test program on the feasibility of using shipboard incineration and air pollution equipment to meet MARPOL regulations.

 

Kevin Willett - a proven Manager with over 21 years of progressive experience in the electrical and mechanical fields.  He has direct experience managing both projects and technical staff and brings mature, analytical thinking, progressive trouble shooting techniques that only seasoned professionals attain.  With a strong business sense and entrepreneurial spirt, Kevin is responsible for growing BWI’s Field Services Division with a focus on customer service and establishing BWI as the premier service company in the incineration and cremation industry.
